Conventional implant work replaces teeth one at a time and can run the better part of a year. All-on-4 carries a whole arch on four implants — the two at the back angled forward to catch bone that's still dense, which is why most patients avoid the graft they were told they'd need. The bridge goes on the same day.

Failing teeth out, four implants in, fixed bridge on. One appointment, local anesthetic, home the same afternoon — and you eat dinner with teeth in.
A few weeks of softer food while the implants fuse to bone. Once they're solid the provisional comes off and the definitive bridge goes on. After that you're a cleanings patient like everyone else.
Everything under one roof
Most implant patients get passed around: a general dentist for the exam, a surgeon across town for the placement, someone else for the crown — three sets of records, nobody clearly in charge. Here the exam, the surgery and the finished tooth all happen in one chair, with one dentist accountable for the result.
The everyday half of dentistry, in the same chair as the surgery: cleanings and annual check-ups, zirconia crowns, root canals, partials and full dentures. No second dentist across town for the routine work, and the same records either way.
Cleanings to crowns
A titanium root that fuses to your jaw, then a crown you can bite an apple with. One tooth, several, or an entire arch — planned, placed and finished by the same dentist, in the same building.
Signature treatment
Your teeth edited, not swapped for somebody else’s — from a single chipped edge to wafer-thin porcelain across the front eight. Shape, length and shade get matched to your face and your age, and you sign off on the design on screen before a drill is switched on.
You approve it first
Clear trays you change every couple of weeks. Nothing cemented to your teeth, nothing struck off the menu, and nobody on a video call has ever noticed one.
Adults & teens
Wisdom teeth, fractured roots, the tooth that has been “watched” for six years. Removed under local anesthetic in the same room your implant will go into, so the site is prepared properly the first time.
No outside referral
Swelling, a crown that came off in a sandwich, pain that had you awake at four in the morning. Call before 6pm on a weekday and we’ll find you a slot — out of pain today, plan tomorrow.
